As a trusted financial institution, Bank of the James had one major goal in mind with their website relaunch — to offer an exceptional, easy-to-navigate web experience for existing and potential customers. Their old site was rich with information, but desperately needed a rework so users could find what they were looking for quickly. And of course, the new site had to look modern and clean.

Because the Bank of the James website was so large, 434 Marketing walked the client through a simple process to audit all existing content. While this work occurred, the design team at 434 began thinking through the user flow and overall aesthetic. From there, we developed their new website on WordPress, fitted with all the features the client needs to succeed.
