Jennifer Slightham brings over 20 years of sales and management experience to the 434 Marketing & Consulting team. As CEO, she is responsible for overseeing the success of our client relationships, team development, operational efficiency, and strategic business planning. She prioritizes creating a supportive, welcoming agency culture for 434’s team and clients. Jennifer formally stepped into the role of CEO in May of 2022.

As a former retail and sales manager for high-performance brands – including Victoria’s Secret and American Eagle – Jennifer thrives in fast-paced, demanding work environments where customer experience matters most. She understands what it takes to motivate a team and the importance of understanding a client’s needs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and Merchandising.
Jennifer is a dedicated wife and mother of three and is also committed to serving her community. She served as a member of the Downtown Lynchburg Board of Directors for six years with varying board responsibilities and served in both Secretary and Vice Chair roles on the executive committee for the Better Business Bureau Serving Western VA. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys reading, carpooling her busy kids and being their biggest cheerleader, and traveling as often as she can.
Jennifer was recognized by Lynchburg leaders from Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance and Lynchburg Office of Economic Development and Tourism in 2023 as a Top 20 under 40 leader in Lynchburg Business Magazine. -> View Issue
