Project Overview

Johnson Health Center is a long-time client of 434 Marketing. For 2023, Johnson Health Center desired to overhaul their website. We started with our advanced approach to buyer research, which generates a data-driven analysis of the buyer’s journey, their core decision-making impulses, and targeted audience segmentation. We used this data to build out a full brand messaging guide, along with a refreshed spin on their design aesthetic. This new guide will inform all future marketing approaches for their organization. 

Once the brand messaging guide was complete, we got to work on redesigning their website into a modern but approachable landing page for their clients and potential clients. We streamlined the user journey, allowing visitors to quickly find what they need and seamlessly contact the practice to schedule appointments and access the patient portal.

Our Solution

We began working with Johnson Health Center in 2018 and launched their first website three months later. We built a custom, mobile-friendly, and ADA-compliant website for Johnson Health Center developed on the WordPress CMS. In 2023, we overhauled the website to further optimize for search engines as well as enhanced the flow and copy to meet the user. Leads generated through the website were segmented in a back-end marketing automation system, Active Campaign, to enhance the prospect experience and follow-up. We also supported sifting through the content for accurate brand messaging, per the buyer research, and meticulously added the copy in an appealing layout for improved user experience.
