Joshua Payne oversees 434’s website design, development, and web management operations. As a best-in-class, award-winning front-end web developer, Josh brings 13 years of experience to the team. 

Josh is highly responsive, hard-working, detail-oriented, and creative. He excels at managing a multitude of short- and long-term client projects without missing deadlines. 

He is driven by client success and doesn’t leave a project until a client is thrilled with their new website. Many of 434’s clients are repeat customers due to Josh’s innovative UX designs, responsiveness and attention to customer service, and well-engineered custom WordPress websites. 

“The best part of my job is when we reveal a new web design to the client. They’re often beaming, and impressed with the data-driven approach we’ve taken – it feels good to know that we’ve hit the mark,” Josh said.

Josh leads with integrity and takes his role seriously, noting, “Some clients are really counting on us to help build their revenue. They pay us for critical business services, and we don’t take that responsibility lightly at 434.”

Prior to joining 434 in 2013, Josh held leadership positions at three creative advertising agencies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Arts: Graphic Design, and a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies: Advertising and Public Relations. When he is not at work, he can be found hanging out with friends, golfing, remodeling his home, or spending time with his infant daughter and wife.
