Lauren joins the 434 Marketing team as a Web Designer, taking wireframes and early concepts and refining them into finished, on-brand websites — matching typography, structure, and visual detail with a level of polish that holds up to a close look. She’s worked with 434 before and is returning to the team to take on that role again.
Prior to rejoining 434, Lauren prototyped full websites in Figma in a corporate environment, and currently runs her own web design and SEO shop built specifically for female entrepreneurs. She holds a degree in early education and stays active in teaching, alongside homeschooling her own two kids — work that’s given her a practiced eye for building things that are both clear and genuinely usable, whether that’s a lesson plan or a website.
Outside of work, Lauren tends an active flower garden and shares her home with her husband, two kids and a small houseful of pets — including one that adopted the family rather than the other way around.
