Faith Beck brings more than a decade of experience in marketing, design, project coordination, and educational program support to the team. Faith supports creative marketing initiatives, client communication, and project execution, helping ensure projects stay aligned with strategic goals and are delivered with excellence. She collaborates closely with clients and internal teams to develop impactful print and digital assets, streamline workflows, and support meaningful brand communication.
Prior to joining 434, Faith served in a variety of marketing, administrative, and creative leadership roles across nonprofit, educational, and business environments. Most recently, she worked as Marketing Director & Executive Assistant for Good Law Firm, where she coordinated firm-wide marketing collateral, managed CRM cleanup projects, and supported large-scale client communication initiatives. She also worked as Marketing & Strategic Accounts Manager for Bethel School of Technology & Bethel Music College, overseeing campaigns, strategic partnerships, CRM systems, and accreditation-related marketing support.
Faith is passionate about helping organizations communicate clearly and effectively while supporting teams behind the scenes with thoughtful coordination and creative problem-solving. Her strengths in collaboration, strategic thinking, and organization allow her to balance both vision and execution in fast-paced environments.

Faith holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Houghton College, graduating magna cum laude. She brings strengths in project coordination, strategic planning, content development, event management, and creative production across both print and digital platforms. Outside of work, Faith enjoys spending time with her five children, reading, cooking, and supporting her family through all of life’s busy seasons.
