Caleb Hall
UX Designer
Caleb Hall brings over six years of design experience to 434 Marketing and is responsible for ensuring that our design and web efforts prioritize the end user. Caleb supports the team with user-focused research, buyer intent interviews, user testing, crafting site maps, and visual design.
Before joining 434 in 2019, Caleb was the sole graphic designer for an in-house marketing team at a Fortune 500 company. During his time at 434, he has expanded his skill set beyond graphic design skill by completing an intensive certificate in UX design. In his current role, Caleb utilizes the skills he’s learned as a designer to conceptualize high-quality user experiences for 434 clients. In alignment with one of 434’s core values of stewardship, Caleb pursues the most efficient solution to any problem he faces.
“The most important part of being a designer is to be adaptable enough to find the right solution, even when it’s new territory,” Caleb said.
“Even before I got my user experience design certification, I found that I was already implementing user-centered design without realizing it. It has been a part of my design DNA from the beginning.”
Caleb holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and a certification in UX design. When he’s not working, Caleb is usually found in the woods, hiking, working on random projects, playing video games, or spending time with his wife and toddler. He’s a dog person and has strong opinions on coffee, Star Wars, and how he likes his steak.
