Generate qualified leads for Proven Men
Our team created an automated email campaign of encouragement emails. Each email contains one of a series of nine devotional videos, which were produced in house. When signing up for the emails, people are asked to self identify as either “I’m struggling” or “I want to lead”. This question separates participants into two funnels with targeted content. In the first email, they are asked if they are connected with a church, further dividing the stream into 4 separate channels: leader with church, leader without church, addict with church, and addict without church. This effectively sorts people into 4 lead categories, which are used to make sales calls to the qualified groups. “Leader with a church” and “leader without a church” are our two most qualified categories.
After the email series launched on August 26, it was promoted on the Proven Men webpage, and Facebook ads were run for 10 days on September 20-30.
From launch on August 26-September 30, the email series received 133 sign ups, 44 of which qualified themselves as “leaders”. In the 10 days our Facebook ad ran, 51 leads were added from the 1,266 click throughs received. The ad itself maintained a 3.24% click through rate for the duration of the campaign.
