All of our projects begin with research. This research can either be a week-long fact-finding process or, if budget and time allows, a complete three month program where we generate buyer personas, messaging analysis, competitor research and more. From this research, we generate original ideas based on our findings. We make our decisions based on facts rather than hunches, and will design experiments to test any theories we may have. This level of problem solving is something that we hang our hats on, and is what we believe sets our clients projects up for success.
Once the research is complete, we move on to strategy. This involves putting a plan on paper, which creates accountability for our team and yours. The strategy also gives us a clear cut path to follow in any marketing efforts. We utilize any key data found in the research process, and use that information to set well-defined goals that we use to gauge our success. With our strategy process, you’ll always be in the loop on what we are doing, why we are doing it and how each of your campaigns is performing.
After the strategy is defined, we move into the execution phase. This is when we take the plan we created and put it into action. From simple ad spends to fully integrated marketing campaigns, our team manages each and every deliverable to ensure deadlines are met and key projects are releasing on time. During this phase, you will receive weekly and monthly reports that contain updates on the projects, as well as any successes or results we’re seeing.
